Dr. Harvey Gill
HARWINDAR SINGH, ACCA (UK Grad), FIPA, FACA, CPLM, CSCA, CSCM, CSSCP
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Harwindar Singh, also known as Dr. Harvey Gill, is a UK-qualified ACCA graduate and Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (Australia). With over 30 years of experience, he is a seasoned consultant, trainer, and academic with deep expertise in finance, strategy, sustainability, and corporate governance.
He has led high-impact programs for organizations such as the Securities Commission Malaysia and ISCEA, and is a certified trainer in corporate finance, risk management, and sustainable supply chains. As founder of Harvey Gill & Associates, he has advised clients across manufacturing, banking, and corporate sectors.
Dr. Gill holds a doctorate in internal controls and governance from Ifugao State University and has held leadership roles including Dean of Business at Malaysia University of Science and Technology. He is also recognized for his humanitarian leadership during the 2004 Aceh tsunami relief mission.
Driven by a commitment to innovation, he continues to champion the integration of advanced technologies in supply chain management, strategic finance, financial reporting in governance with emphasis on sustainability.

Ms. Jade Kaur
Ms. Jade is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Consultant with over 27 years of experience across dynamic, highly regulated industries. She provides strategic HR leadership and guidance to senior management, aligning workforce strategies with business goals. She has led global HR operations in the Not-for-Profit sector, driving organizational transformation across Asia, APAC, Europe, the USA, and LATAM. Her initiatives include shifting from skill-based to strength-based management to boost engagement and retention. In addition to the NPO sector, she has advised clients in education, finance, logistics, and security, with expertise in organizational design, compliance, and HR policy. Notably, she implemented a RACI Matrix framework to strengthen role clarity, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Dr. Thanga Thurai Vengadasalam
Dr. Thanga Thurai Vengadasalam holds a Ph.D. in Management from MUST, a Master's in Business Law, and an Honors in Accountancy from the National University of Malaysia. He is a Chartered Accountant, a member of MIA and AACC, a Certified Commercial Industrial Accountant, and an Executive Board Member of ISCEA. As the Director of the Global Engagement Office and Professional Development at MUST, he also serves as a Senior Lecturer. Dr. Thanga Thurai has extensive experience in corporate accounting, internal audits, and managing Thurai & Associates. He is a Certified Lead Auditor (MRCA).
Dr. Amjath Jamal
Dr. Amjath Jamal holds a DBA and an MBA in Finance from IIUM, and a Bachelor's in Business from RMIT University, Australia. With 25 years in the accounting profession and business management, he is the President of the Asian Association of Certified Consultants and Vice President of the Association of Certified Accountants (Malaysia). He has served as a treasurer at Malaysian University of Science & Technology, and is a certified HRDF trainer. Currently, he lectures part-time and consults for Malaysian companies. Dr. Amjath is proficient in financial accounting, management, and university administration.
Mior Azli Mior Md Isa
Mior Azli Mior Md Isa, a Malaysian national, holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He has various professional certifications including Advanced Coaching Essentials, PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, and Transformational Leadership from CMI (UK). With extensive experience in project management, quality control, risk management, and leadership development, Mior Azli has trained and consulted for numerous organizations, including TNB, SIRIM, and Bank Rakyat. He has designed and led programs like the Balanced Scorecard and Culture of Champions.
Dr. Thanga Thurai Vengadasalam
Dr. Thanga Thurai Vengadasalam (Ph.D. in Management, Master's in Business Law, Honors in Accountancy, Chartered Accountant, Certified Commercial Industrial Accountant, Certified Lead Auditor)
Dr. Thanga Thurai Vengadasalam is a qualified expert in corporate governance and business management, holding a Ph.D. in Management from Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST), a Master’s in Business Law, and an Honours Degree in Accountancy from the National University of Malaysia. He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Commercial Industrial Accountant, and Certified Lead Auditor. With over two decades of combined academic and industry experience, he has been actively involved in research, publication, and higher education, mentoring students across undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. Dr. Thanga Thurai is also a member of multiple professional organizations and continues to participate in seminars and workshops to stay engaged with evolving industry practices.
Dr. Amjath Jamal
Dr. Amjath Jamal Bin Shaik Abdul Kader (DBA, MBA (Finance) IIUM, BBBA (RMIT, Melbourne), DIMP, FACA, CAC, MIPA (Australia), AFA (UK))
Dr. Amjath Jamal Bin Shaik Abdul Kader is a finance and business management professional with 25 years of experience in both corporate and academic settings. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and an MBA in Finance from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), as well as a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration (BBBA) from RMIT University, Australia. He currently serves as President of the Asian Association of Certified Consultants and Vice President of the Association of Certified Accountants (Malaysia). Dr. Amjath is also a member of the Institute of Public Accountants (Australia) and an Associate of the Institute of Financial Accountants (UK). In addition to his consulting work, he lectures at institutions including the University of Malaya, Lincoln University, and Genovasi University College. He is a certified HRDF trainer and a registered trainer with the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, specializing in finance-related training areas such as KPI development, internal controls, and standard operating procedures.
